Sometimes form will not submit

    for the forms I use at www.woofnpurr.org, most of the time they come through but once in awhile they don't.  I'm linked to authorize.net but that doesn't seem to be the root of the issue.

    Hi,

    I checked the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42086811129958 embedded on your website  and I noted that you have embedded the form using its source code.

    It is possible to have intermittent issue on the embedded form because there could be script conflict that could be happening between those existing scripts on the website and those on the form.

    What I suggest you do is to remove first the embedded form on the website and then re-embed again the form, this time using the Iframe Embed code instead.
