Freshbooks Integration using Only Contact Details option is not working

    I selected the 'Only Contact Details' integration for Freshbooks. Does this create a client in Freshbooks from information submitted in the form? If so, it isn't working for me right now.

    Hi,

    Can you please tell us what exactly is not working? Were the Contact details did not go to Freshbooks after the integration? Or the integration process not successful at all.

    Please try also redoing the Freshbooks integration process. Perhaps it will resolve the issue already.

    Please inform us if issue persist even after doing the re-integration.

    Addition:

    I also checked the embedded form http://www.jotform.ca/form/42006874714252 on your website, and I noted that it was the form that have issue earlier because they do not have field labels/names on them.

    is this the form that was using the Fresbooks integration?

    The lack of field label/names on the form can cause functionality issue on the integration. I suggest you include proper field names on the the form and redo the integration process.
