Clients select a product, once it's submitted and I receive the notification I notice the products have been duplicated.
None of my other product forms have this problem.

I'm not sure how it happened, but your product list is duplicated in your payment wizard. They were duplicated and using same id's that is why no matter which is selected it will still count as 2 entries. This is strange. Please follow the image below
