Why cant I get in and access my forms?

When I click on the form and try and access the form, I am not getting any response, I need this information urgently.

I presume you want to access form submissions/answers? 

If so (make sure you are logged in to your Jotform account to do this), please click on this link: https://www.jotform.com/submissions/13232002241

Then select the form you want to access as shown below: 

If you wanted to access and edit the form fields and layout, then click on this link: https://www.jotform.com/?formID=13232002241

If that's not the form you wanted to edit, then scroll all the way down and select it from a list of forms you last edited:
