    How can I cascade the submitted form into excel forms

    Do you mean exporting form submitted data to Excel? If so, I request you to go through the document How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel that provides you step-by-step instructions along with illustrations. 

    You may also integrate the forms with Google Spreadsheets by following How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
