Hi, I am trailing jotforms for a possable mobile solution to our business however is there anyway of storing off line submissions when there is no signal? i.e most of our staff will be given smart phones running on a standard mobile network which means its likely that when they submit a form in a property there maybe no signal, is there any add on that stores that data until it gets a signal and then sends it?

    Thanks

    Brad

    Hello Brad,

I'm afraid not - the crux of our service depends on an internet connection.

    But I'm thinking of a workaround -

We have an app that imports form submissions from an Excel/CSV file - Its called Import Data

What you need is an Excel Spreadsheet or CSV file to act as a template, which can be filled out offline, then uploaded when an internet connection has been acquired.

The solution sounds a little crude, but its quite practical - Would you consider it? Please let us know.
