I started using JotForm recently, but the last couple of days, I can't get the site to work. Is it a Mac thing? (It worked fine on my Mac last week.)
When one of my forms opens and I select edit, I can't do anything--move items into the form, even rename it.

Have you tried deleting your web browser's cache? I haven't heard about an issue about a website that was caused by an operating system so I firmly believe that your case is due to your browser's temporary internet files.
Can you also tell us what type of browser you're using?

Wow, it was as simple as clearing the cache. Thanks. I'm using Firefox 6.0 on a MacBook Pro.
