    my jotform will not link to my personal email account.

    I went through the sender email alert to change my email to personal email, but still when I do a test email or go on my site and fill out form, it doesn't send to my email nor my spam mail. Just my jot form account. Please help

    Hi,

    The test email will always send to the email associated with your JotForm account which is currently:

    contact@aandlsolutions.com

    I checked your form and the email notification is set to:

    There is an extra "u" in the email in your notification compared to the one associated with your account.  If you would like to have this go to your gmail account, change the "Recipient E-mail" to your gmail address rather than the contact@aandlsolutions.com one.

    Thank you for your response. I corrected the spelling in the email, but still it doesn't show in my email inbox. Any other suggestions?

    I checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/42057645383155  but there was NO email alert setup on the form. You need to add Notification Email so that you will be able to receive the submission email in your inbox.
