Cancellation policy

Where can we find the cancellation policy?  If we went with a year package, and cancelled early, are the rates pro-rated and refunded?

We have 30-day money back guarantee. If you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of signing up, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. This is stated in our pricing page.

After the 30 days of having the yearly subscription you can cancel it any time, and you can request a prorated refund if there was a problem with our product or if you are not satisfied with it.
