we have a customer that tried to pay and entered all of the her billing information on our link over and received this error "Access Denied: You do not have sufficient privileges to access this system."
I think this has to do more with our billing system than with jotform but the problem is that we didn't receive the form either. please advise?

As a rule, credit card information should only be asked for a customer over a SSL only. It seems the customer was entering confidential information, which was not being accepted by the system. As a customer I am aware of the danger I am putting myself into by entering my card details over an insecure site. Its time we all knew.
