payment problems

    we have a customer that tried to pay and entered all of the her billing information on our link over and received this error "Access Denied: You do not have sufficient privileges to access this system."

     

    I think this has to do more with our billing system than with jotform but the problem is that we didn't receive the form either.  please advise?

    I did not have any problems submitting your form "https://www.jotform.com/40574767801965". What I noticed is that you are asking for credit cards sensitive information:

    That goes against our terms of use, please remove that, and use one of our integrated payment gateways.

    As a rule, credit card information should only be asked for a customer over a SSL only. It seems the customer was entering confidential information, which was not being accepted by the system. As a customer I am aware of the danger I am putting myself into by entering my card details over an insecure site. Its time we all knew.
