I went through the steps to downgrade our subscription from premium to the free version. It said that I cancelled the service and then it still says that Premium is our current plan. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Hi Rosa,
We have cancelled your subscription to our end. Your account will stay at the Premium level until August 21, 2014. There should be NO further charges after this period.
