I have a folder called RWW with a red flag.. several weeks ago - I created a sub folder within that folder called RWW_Mini. Then I added the owner of these websites to my users to login and make changes if she needed to.
Today I went to edit one of those forms in the RWW_mini folder -- it is no longer on my forms. (They're still working - thank god). However if you go to the USERS profile you can see the files are shown but I have to do a search on the forms and sometimes they show and other times they don't.
I really need to get this folder back without creating more forms. If I have done something incorrectly please let me so I don't do it again.

I can't seem to find an account under the email address of the current sub-user account. Please kindly make sure to ask the sub-user to accept the invitation first and/or register for an account.
I see no sub-folder named to RWW_Mini, but it's visible to the sub-user account shared folder settings. That's probably just a cache so please try updating the sub-user account. Try to remove the sub-user and add it back.
