Your form notification email setting is correct. Your email address is fine and it's not into our bounce list. I checked our mail logs and it returns a zero result. The most possible reason is that your email servers keep rejecting the emails coming from your form, from the Jotform mail servers. We have a few options to fix the problem;
1. Adding our IP Addresses and Mail Domains to your server whitelist. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. Contact your hosting provider if you don't know how to do this.
2. Setting up Mandrill's SMTP to your form(s): http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address.
