Appointment Widget seems to have a bug

I have been for several months now been using a form that has an appointment widget. It is set to allow up to 6 people to register for a group meeting on Tuesdays at 10. However, at this moment, the only Tuesday in July that is available to people is July 26, despite the fact that there are only two people registered for July 5, and none for July 12 or 19. August on works fine. I've tried temporarily adding, and then removing, limits of time, etc, but nothing fixes it.

Here is the form URL: https://form.jotform.com/213066113750951

The attached screenshot shows both the grayed out Tuesdays in July and the column from the submissions table that shows selected dates, sorted by latest date first. You can see that there are no July dates where the limit of 6 has been reached.

Can you see this? It shows that there are only three total appointments booked in July - two on the 5th and one on the 26th. The widget is set to allow up to 6 people in a group meeting each Tuesday at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, has always worked fine before, and seems to be fine after July 26, but there is no reason the other three Tuesdays in July should be unavailable.

    Hi DecadeofDifference,

Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your form but the dates July 5, 12 & 19 can be booked with an appointment without any issue. Check the screencast below:

Can you clear your browser cache and cookies then give it another try and let us know if the issue persists? If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution. I've also cleared your form caches as a precaution.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I would guess that it was you clearing the form cache that fixed it, as it seems to be working for me now, and I haven't cleared any caches (also I wasn't the only person experiencing this). Is there a way I can clear form caches on my end?

Also, I don't know if it's related, but there were actually two problems with the form yesterday - the other being conditional logic failing to work and reveal the Stripe card widget when "Credit Card" was selected as the payment method. I reaffirmed that conditional logic yesterday and it fixed that problem, but it was odd that the form suddenly had two, seemingly unrelated issues.

    Hi DecadeofDifference,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, there is actually an option for you to clear your form caches directly on your account settings. Let me show you how:

That's it. We also have a guide on how to clear form cache that you can check out here. As for your concern with the conditional logic not working, I cannot fully determine if there was a connection between the two issues as they are both unrelated. But I am glad that you were able to resolve it. In case it happens again please let us know so that we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
