Unable to log out

Hi, I am logged into Jotform but I am unable to log out. When I hover over the head and shoulder icon I don't get any options, likewise for hovering over any of the forms and headings alongside the head and shoulder icon. I am using another PC to type this message to you. It is like my PC has frozen on Jotform - it has been like this for 2 days now.

Sorry to hear about this trouble you are having so we will try a few things to resolve the stuck logged in problem for you. I would recommend trying to clear your browser cache first which usually helps when that happens as it should clear it all and log you out.
