I made a payment did not receive an email confirming payment. When I went into jotform it said the submission was pending but I could complete it manually. I completed it manually and it went through. How do I remove the manual submission and allow the payment to process automatically?

The payment will show as "Pending" if your user did not fully complete the Paypal portion once the form was submitted. Completed Paypal payments should not show as pending if the user completed the Paypal section. These also count as incomplete submissions, so you will not receive the email until the the payment has been completed. This also could be due to Paypal setting being incorrect with your form. Please make sure you have the proper email address or API key in the setup for the payment portion of your form.
