We are unable to open some of the attachments submitted through jotform. The error message is attached. Sometime the issues fixes itself within some time, but now one we have been unable to open one submission for over 6 hours. Please help.

I checked on this and I am able to replicate the same issue. I will go ahead and forward this report about the problem to our developers so that they are aware of the problem though sometimes it is often only a temporary problem so you may want to try it again later on after a little bit of time has gone by just to check it again on your end.

Hi, I have tried several times. All other submissions are ok. This one continues being like that for over 24hours now.
