I have set up the MailChimp Integration and copied a new API key and it does not work. It will not update a record if it already exists in MailChimp and it does not add new records. The set up wizard said everything was successful.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and found that you have integrated it successfully with MailChimp but it seems all the form fields are not mapped. You have only mapped the "Phone Number" field. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to re-integrate your form with MailCHimp and please ensure that your MailChimp list "EducationQuest" has all the fields and they are mapped correctly with your form fields.
