Embed form not loading on Shopify page

    Our embedded forms using the <script> feature stopped loading inside our Shopify page. We have been through your troubleshooting recommendations here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/tag/Shopify and still can not get it to work. Please advise.

    The correct form embed codes should be: 

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.me/jsform/41132070736445"></script>

    Your current form embed code is this.

    If Shopify stripped off the type attribute, try using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
