PDF file: 404 error on downloading the file

    Hi Dingaling_Accounts,

    Thanks for getting back to us and for providing more information. I checked the link that you attached but got a 404 error. Are you getting the same error message? I cloned your form and ran a test submission but I was not able to replicate the issue since I received the email notification which allows me to download the PDF file that I attached.     Could you please tell us in what way did you get the copy of the PDF file you sent to the client? However, this error means that there is a restriction triggered when the client tried to view the PDF file. Could you please try to remove the restrictions of your account privacy settings and see if this would resolve the issue? It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Hover over to your Avatar and click Settings.
    2. Uncheck the Require log-in feature of your account Privacy settings.
