How Can I Allow Multiple Choices?

    I am building a shirt order form and I'd like to know how I can create, in the payment area, multiple options. Say Someone wants to order 2 blue shirts, one medium and one large. Right now I can only figure out how to allow one choice per one color.

    The user guide linked on the check box for this option "Create sub-products from this option" specifically says that a product must have a quantity option present before it can be enabled.

    Furthermore, it says that you must check the "Enable special pricing" for the option wherein each must have a different price.
