Hi Guys,
http://form.jotform.us/form/42105175642145
My form was working fine and not I can't submit the form.
I hit submit and it says "please wait" and stays like that forever.
Could you please look into it?
I appreciate your help.
You are doing a wonderful job!

I just tested this on your account and I am unable to replicate this issue since it appears to be working alright on my end. I've cleared your form cache to refresh it so can you please try this again on your side and let us know if you are still having a problem with it.
If so then may we know what browser|browser version you are using? Are trying this via the direct form link as you provided above correct? Or is it embedded somewhere and not working?

Hi Kade,
Thank you so much for your reply.
After I sent you guys the message, I tried it in FF and IE and it worked. But it still doesn't work in Chrome Version 33.0.1750.58 beta-m.
It is embedded: http://anamaine.org/Link-Library/Nursing-Awards-Nomination-Form.html
I tried both the direct form link and the embedded one. Both versions work in FF and IE but not in Chrome.

Hi,
Your form appears to work fine for me in each browser I try. However if you use the iFrame embed method, rather than the script embed method you are currently, this should greatly reduce any conflicts between elements currently on your page and your form. Replace this line in your pages code:
With the iFrame embed code:

If you are still having issues with your form in Chrome after that, please let us know and we will be happy to look into this further.
Thank you for using JotForm!
