Hi I think I signed up for the premium account last time but now my account showing "out of space" with 100 submissions. Can you please take a look and see what's going on. Thank you

I know that last time when I paid it reactivated my account and the warning sign was taken off. Is there anyway for you to get into my account and see the order history?Thanks,Devin

Your account status shows that it is already upgrade to Premium subscription.
The submission limits has already been increased to 1000, your forms should
be working fine as you are below the quota.
