Sharing Evaluation Form on Mobile Devices

I have created a simple event evaluation form. I would like to be able to easily share the evaluation with clients so that they can fill it out quickly on their mobile devices (on the spot). What is the easiest way to do this? Do I have to use a 3rd party SMS autoreply, or is there a built in way to easily share forms on mobile devices without making all of my clients type in a URL?

As far as I know, we do not have any special form sharing method for mobile devices. You can email/sms the form link to your users.

If this is going to be some local event, you might also consider converting the form link into a QR code, so that they will be able to scan it.
