Is it possible to only requireone one collapse be filled out

And is it possible to only require that form collapse 1 be filled out and but form collapse 2 not be required?

Unfortunately, required option is not available on form collapse. You can't make the form collapse required to work with the fields. In order not for the fields to be required under the 2nd collapse, just make the fields unrequired.

Or, you can also use "Require a form field" conditions depending on the user answer.
