Is it possible to control the e-mail notifications?

    Good Day!

         I already have created a form (http://www.jotform.com/form/1595219390). All I need to do now is to resolve the approval part. I plan to control the e-mail notification with respect to the Department to be Charged field. So, for example if the user enters "Accounting" in the said field, a notification containing all field entries will be sent to a given e-mail which is different per department. I can't seem to make this work if the e-mail addresses specified is aol, yahoo and hotmail. I also have a problem with regard to the format of the notification. It displays all the fields but without the entered data. How can I resolve these issues? Thanks in advance!

    You can accomplish this using Conditions. Click on the Conditions button on the top toolbar to add a new condition.

    You can create conditions as you described: "for example if the user enters "Accounting" in the said field, a notification containing all field entries will be sent to a given e-mail which is different per department."

    You cannot create conditions like "if the user is an hotmail email address,  send it there" though.
