How can I add numbers of people that wants to register to pay pal?

We are doing an walk for American Sign Language in Boise, Idaho.  I am trying to set up a registration page with picture of our flyer, information, pay pal, etc. So if a family signs up, how can they put in 4 people to pay for it because paypal only would let either bullet points (adult and/ or child) but what if there is 2 adults and 2 child? How can we put that on ONE payment and have them just type in quantity of person?
