Refund ?!

    Hello ,I forgot to cancel my PREMIUM plan. i have cancelled downgrade scheduled today. 

    Is it possible to receive a refund?!( Billing date is 2014-8-7 http://www.jotform.com/invoice?id=2014-08-07_06:16:08)

    I'm extremely sorry about that. It was my negligence :(
