Switch subscription from yearly to monthly and needed to refund payment

    I just wanted the monthly plan and i need a return of my payment.

    Hi trueliif,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We would need to cancel your subscription and process a refund in order to return the payment back to your card. Once canceled you can then re-upgrade your account to the monthly plan. Let us know if you wish to proceed with the cancellation.

    Hi trueliif,

    Thanks for your reply. I see that you have already switched to Bronze monthly plan so I am wondering if you want to cancel the subscriptions fully and get back to Free plan or would like to keep monthly plan and refund of the remaining amount (Bronze yearly - Bronze monthly)? Please confirm.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.
