Hello Shane,
Thanks for using Jotform. We’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. Can you explain a bit more about your feedback so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What are the missing fields from the email notification that you are receiving and what conditions are not functioning on your form?
Once we receive your response, we'll be able to help you with this.

Did you follow the link to the form? I have a hundred conditions set up and probably 10 emails. I added one condition today. It’s the 1st one on the list. Suddenly it threw everything off to where it won’t send the full email.

Hello Shane,
We apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. Thank you for your clarifications. Upon testing the form, I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end. Does incomplete email notification occur to one user only? Have you tried recreating or cloning the conditions?
In addition to that, I would suggest recreating the email notifications connected to the incomplete email notifications as shown in your screenshot.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

So your only solution is to delete everything and start over. No thanks i will figure it out on my own.

Hi Shane,
Thank you for patiently waiting. I have reviewed and tested your form notification emails and conditions. Your conditions are working as expected but there seems to be a problem with your Notification emails source code that is why your emails are unable to display all your form fields answers, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developer team.

Hi,
We apologize for the problem you are experiencing. When we did our relevant checks, we found that your email body is too long. Therefore, it gets stuck at the limit on the database side. That's why your mail body seems to be missing. We continue to work on this, but as you can imagine, it may take some time to produce a permanent solution.
As a temporary solution;
If you can shorten your notification mail to a maximum of 150 fields after deleting and recreating it. It will work seamlessly. As I said, we are working on it to solve this problem. When the process is completed, you will be able to add as many fields as you want to the notification mail.
Thank you for your tolerance for this situation.

I have deleted emails and set up conditional emails. But they are not working correctly. For some reason they are all mixed up. They didn’t save. One even says “Email not found”. Why is this occurring? I have long forms but this is the only one doing this.

Hi Shane,
We are working on it.
As a temporary solution;
If you can shorten your notification mail to a maximum of 150 fields after deleting and recreating it. It will work seamlessly.
First of all,
Please create a new email and please edit these part of your form as you want
Secondly,
Please shorten email body. Click any field what you can delete from email body and click the “delete row” button from pop-up menu
When your email body includes shorter than 150 fields, It will be working fine
Finally,
If you want to receive all fields, you can use the “PDF Attachment” feature. After activating this option all fields should send via PDF file.
For activating this option,
Please click “Advanced” tab in email, after that please turn on the “PDF Attachment”
As a second temporary solution;
We can create a dummy email for you and you can copy this email. After that you can replace any field as you want.
For the replacing,
Firstly please change field label with what you want to add.(1) after that click second cell in that row (2) and click “+ Form Fields” button and select field what you want to add. (3)
If you want to create dummy email please let us know

Hi Shane,
As my colleague mentioned, the issue is related with the size of your email. The required fix will take time. Shortening the email body or generating a submission PDF and attaching it to the email may help at this point while we're working on the actual fix.
If you need help regarding shortening the email body or generating submission PDFs, please let us know. Our support team can help you for both options.
Thanks for your patience.
