It says I'm still over the Starter quota?

    I think it was because my upload space was full but I deleted some things. Can you let me know why it's still not letting my forms work?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I see here that you're within the limits. I have refreshed the count and cleared the cache of the forms. The account's overlimit status is now lifted and the form is now enabled and accessible:

    Please try using the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers to check if the changes apply.

    Thank you, it was working a few hours ago but it seems to be back to showing me that I'm over my quota? Any suggestions?

    Thank you. For some reason I'm still getting the error on the direct link to the jotform, I've tried multiple computers and browsers.

    But the embedded form seems to be showing up so that's my main goal.
