Having trouble with calculation

Hello,

We are noticing with #3 the calculations are off. It is not calculating the correct number of bottles.

Can not figure out why. Below is a picture of the exact question and conditional logic that is not calculating things correctly.

it is this question with conditional logic. This question on the form only has 1 conditional logic attached.

We apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. Upon cloning and testing your form, I can't replicate the issue on my end. Have you tried removing the parenthesis on the first part of the operations?

To confirm, the operations should be:

Total Amount per... * Number of Days... / Grand total of U = Number of Bottles Needed For Their Protocol #3.

as you can see on any other condition for #1 and #2 and so on for any other asking the same question.

The conditional logic is the same. Why would it matter on the paraenthesis for one and not the other 9 questions?

do I need to just completely delete #3.... and then redo it since it is glitching.

You can see in the submissions for #3 that the number of bottles is not calculating correctly for them, but the other calculate just fine.

I have checked your conditions and it seems to be correct.

I have tested a cloned version of your form and it seems the value and calculation is showing correctly at my end.
