I recieved the email about renewing our membership, but when I went to sign in, I was told that very email address wasn't found ! What should I do? I probably need to reset my password.

I see that there is a guest account registered with this email address created today. Could you confirm your email address that you have received our email on renewing the membership? Probably it should be another email address.
If you don't remember the email address registered, it would be great if you can provide us with the form ID or the webpage URL where you hosted one of our forms. This would help us in identifying your account and its status.
