Doubts about the service quality

    i´m leaving jot form. I spent 3 hours to learn that this service is bad...

    If you have any problems or concerns, please let us know in details so we can help you about it. There should be a solution for that. If our service is bad, I am sure Jotform won't reach a million miles in terms of its users/customers.

    thanks for your reply. I spent 3 hours trying to connect Mailchimp too jotform. I solved my problem in 10 minutes using wuffoo. Sorry but my client can´t wait.

    Would you mind telling us your problem during the MailChimp integration? Are you having problems with mapping fields from Jotform to Mailchimp? Looking at your form, there should be no problem on that if all your field types are matched to each other. For example, textbox field, your Mailchimp field should be on the same type, a textbox.

    For fields like Full Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Birthdate and Dates, we suggest to use the ones in our Quick Tools section:

    Ten Minutes is too long for this integration, especially, you only have a 10 input fields.
