Questionnaire responses - how to receive

Hi, I've created a survey and was tweaking the email notifications that I should receive from the respondent after they submit their responses.

I accidentally deleted the existing data table in the email content (see attached). How do I get that table back so I'll receive the actual responses from the respondent after they submit the questionnaire?

Consider this closed as I found the solution - just to add new email notification / autosend email, and deleted the old ones, then the data table would reappear.
