Why does it say that my subscription is expired when I am up to date?

Our apologies! I'm not sure of the possible cause of that, but maybe because of the old subscription record which is already cancelled. The up to date payment is actually attached to your account, but the system forgot to update the record to your My Account - Billing section. I've fixed it for you. Please kindly check now.
