Error Message

    Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, 

     

    We are currently using jotform for registration purposes for a major conference.  The problem is that when the delegates are using their VISAs they are receiving an Error Message.  

    Please let me know what could be done to remedy this quickly!

    Hi Stacia,

    The problem seems to be related to your PayPal Pro merchant account configuration. You can check the error code information on this page: https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_nvp_errorcodes.

    10500  - error code

    Invalid Configuration 

    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 

    Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

     

    10501  - error code

    Invalid Configuration 

    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 

    Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

     

    Please make sure that your PayPal account is ready to accept payments. We also suggest contacting Paypal Support for further assistance regarding this matter.
