Some answers are not displayed in my e-mail notification

    The section of the form titled "Takeoff is for" is not showing up in the email after submitting.

    Hi alphaemc,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked your e-mail message, and you just need to update the unique name for this field in the body of the message. Let me explain how you can do this:

    • On your form builder, navigate to settings.
    • On the left side menu, click on Emails.
    • Hover the mouse over the e-mail you want to update, and click on the pencil icon to edit.
    • At the email content, scroll down until you find the field Takeoff – notice right next to the fields are some words inside brackets {} this is the unique name that loads the answer and needs to be updated.
    • Delete this outdated unique name and click on + form fields and select the field Takeoff is for...
    • Click Save.
