Hello Neil,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it's on active status so you should be able to log into it without any problems. Are you perhaps getting a message saying that you reached your login attempts limit? I have also flushed your account's login attempts so try logging in again. If you're still unable to log in, please share a screenshot of the message you're seeing on your end that's preventing you from logging in.
