Government Document like W-4 and I-9

    Can I include documents like the I-9 and W-4 form with a Jotform account?

    Will I have to reset the fields - I have an I9 that already has the fields set

    Thanks for using Jotform. You can combine form fields by using the Field Manager app. https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager
