Submissions are not appearing after paypal payments

Hi,

Submissions are not appearing after paypal payments from http://www.jotform.ca/form/42085812225248.

They do get written from this clone of the form using the free option (added to the clone) http://www.jotform.ca/form/42204807706249.

How do I fix this?
