How do I get each item in my product order form (item, size, color) to my monday.com board? I have integrated Jotform into monday.com, but I can't get specific product details in my order form to transfer to the columns in my monday.com boards.

Hi marketing538,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking and testing it is not possible to integrate the product list field on the form into the monday.com board because the payment field can be locked on by a selected payment processor. A workaround for this would be listing the products in a regular field like regular single-choice, multiple-choice, and drop-down fields. Then assign a calculation value to the choices which allows you to set the prices and perform calculations on how much to charge. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Multiple Choice field, and drag and drop the element to your form to list your products.
- Drag and drop a Drop Down field to your form in listing quantity, size, and color.
- Click on the Product list field and click on the Gear icon to open the properties.
- In the menu that opens on the right, click on Options and Enable Calculation values.
- Add a Calculation value or base price of the product.
- In the menu on the left, click on the Widgets tab and drag and drop a Form Calculation Widget.
- Click the Form Calculation widget and click on the Wand Icon to open the widget settings.
- In the menu on the right click on the Add Field button.
- On the menu that opens click on Product and then click on the Multiply icon.
- Click on the Add Field button again and select Quantity.
- Click on Save once done.
That's it. Once you have set up everything it will now get the total payment that you would charge your users and in this setting, you can manually map each field on your Jotform to Monday.com easily. We also have guides on How to Perform Form Calculation Using a Widget and How to Assign Calculation Value that you can check out.
Also, Here is a demo form as well where this workaround is applied. You can also clone the form into your account using this guide if you want to further check it.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.

Would this still apply if we were not accepting payment through this form? Ideally, we would like to have the total shown to anyone who submits this apparel form, but due to company restrictions, we will not be adding a payment processor at all. The customer will simply fill out the form and submit.
In the demo form link you provided, is that an order form for 1 item at a time or can this be applied having all apparel options listed? Each apparel item has it's own set of color and size choices.
Thank you so much for your help and patience, I really appreciate it!

Yes, you are correct.
Using the workaround suggested by my colleague you can choose to add a payment processor or not.
You can tweak the demo form to let users select multiple sizes as well. Just use a multiple-choice field element instead of the dropdown.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hello,
I apologize if I'm not explaining this correctly, the previous instructions would not apply to what I need.
I need a separate selection for each product item. For example:
If I select this product: LST590 Sport-Tek® PosiCharge® Women's Electric Heather Polo
I would need the below selections (dropdowns) for ONLY this product (see example image below)
- QUANTITY
- COLOR
- SIZE
BUT...If I select this product: LK111 Port Authority® Dry Zone® Women's UV Micro-Mesh Tipped Polo
I would need separate dropdowns that would apply to ONLY this product
- QUANTITY
- COLOR
- SIZE
Each product HAS to have its own selection of quantity, sizes and colors. The price of each SIZE is also different (example: size Small - $19.00, but size 2XL is $21.00. I currently have "Use Calculation Values" on for the product name with the base price entered, and I have "Use Calculation Values" on for the Sizes dropdown and the different prices added to each size.
At the end I would need the total from the entire form.
Do only certain form elements transfer over to monday.com columns?
This is the form I have started with the first 2 product choices: https://form.jotform.com/221977094610055

Hello Marketting538,
Thanks for your patience. I tested the Monday.com integration and was unable to replicate any issue with it. The dropdown values are passed into the Monday.com dropdown fields. Please check out the screenshot below:
Screenshot of my Monday.com integration settings:
You can rename each product dropdown's label so that you are able to identify the product name for which quantity, color, and size has the user selected.
It is possible to calculate the sum of the total amount based on size and quantity. You can use the Form Calculation widget to calculate the total. To calculate the sum, the syntax could be:
Total LST590= (Size LST590*Quantity LST590)
Let us know if you have any other questions.
