My buttons are not visible in one of my forms.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I viewed your form and I can see that the buttons are working. Here's a screenshot of your form on my end:
Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, please clear the cache and cookies in your web browser.
If the issue persists, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
