Jot form submission, Download as Excel and Download attachments.
When we get the download ready email with attachment list, I click on the download button.
We get this error 404 page.
When we download the submissions in Excel and then download the attachments that belong to the submissions, we can not figure how to matchup the attachments to the submission.
Can you help us with that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue could be related to your account privacy setting, which requires you to be logged in to your Jotform account to access the uploaded file or download the exported files.
What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? Unfortunately, I am unable to find any account with your email address. Alternatively, you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will trace your account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
