When we put attachments on our forms, the person receiving cannot open.

Hi Debra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To view the upload attachments, you have to uncheck the require to log-in to view uploaded files in your account settings.
It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to your account settings.
2. Uncheck the require log-in to view uploaded files.
