I have a Parents Name field that auto populates with the website address.  I cannot figure out how to stop this.

    Hi,

Please disable the feature in the form.

    Check this user guide -How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

    Set Autofill to Disable instead

I am sorry I was not able to see the problem immediately on the previous occasion.

I did see it now, and it was NOT actually related to the Autofill feature.

but on the embed URL of the form in your Google website.

    --

    Please try it like this.

Re-embed the form in your Google website following this user guide -Adding-Form-to-Google-Sites

Make sure that the URL of your form is in secure mode like this https://secure.jotform.us/form/41867701085155

It is because Google is very strict with https protocol, it will cause glitch on the embedded form if the Google website detected unsecure contents within the page.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

That worked, but the link you provided does not describe how to create a https link.  While I was there I noticed the make form secure box.  I checked it, which made the top link https.  It was still a bit confusing since the link that you actually copy over is still http, but I was finally able to figure it out.

    Thanks for the help.
