Linking google calendar integration with approval cycle…

Is there a way we can integrate with google calendar but not to put the data unless the form is approved on the approval flow ?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to trigger google calendar integration in approval flows. Google calendar integration triggers when the form is submitted.

There is a workaround for this. For this, you will need to use 2 forms. 1st form will be used for approvals and 2nd form will be used for Google calendar integration.

We can add the multiple forms in approvals flows with prefill data from the main form. Once the approver approves the workflow a form with prefill data will be assigned to the approver. Approver will receive the prefilled form with google calendar integration.

In your approval flow add the form after approve step.

Approver will submit the 2nd prefilled form and the date will be added to the google calendar.
