Embedded form is not working

    I made 2 forms to use with my Etsy shop and pasted the form# on my listing, but when I checked to make sure it works, it doesn't.

    Can you help me. There is obviously something that I am not doing right.

    Hi Lanaie,

    Please make sure you have embedded the form on your website correctly.

    I suggest checking this user guide -Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

    I already checked both of your forms using its URL, but I did not noticed any problem on them.
