- FriendsForLifeAsked on August 09, 2014 at 08:48 PMWhen we receive the Enrollment Request submissions via email it is very frequently displayed as from the person's name but then the email address is "firstname.lastname@example.org" so when we reply it is auto filled to reply to "email@example.com." Please let us know what we can do to fix this. It happens more than 50% of the time and has only started happening recently (within the last month). I'm not sure what has changed but we have not made any changes to our forms or settings.

You can instead set the Reply-To box to an E-mail field so that when replying to notification email, the composed email will be set to send to the respondent's provided Email address.
