    Hi ,

    I have successfully used integration for MailChimp and Google Docs Spreadsheet.

    Is it possible to have a form that forwards Name/Email to mailChimp but also send the form to Google Spreadsheed?

    Hi Steve,

    Yes it is possible to integrate forms into multiple services like MailChimp and Google Spreadsheet on the same form. They're both available in the Integrations when you load the form in the form builder.
